There are a lot of story to tell about the Natural Science Museum La Salle, in Sabana Norte. This year I turned 40 years of having graduated at Colegio La Salle, I went to visit the museum, which I had the pleasure to be guided by my teacher
Moises Obeso acual director of the museum.
At the visit, I remember like it was yesterday, its inauguration in 1972, where many activities were held during my highschool years, where in the 10 grade Brother Moses gave us classes there, where some of my classmates helped make some murals in some of the exhibits and of which there is still a painting by Irene Astillón and Patricia Brenes
Where in ther 1976 we celebrated the 25th anniversary of my School So Many memories.
The Natural Science Museum La Salle, It is one of the most complete museums in Latin America, counting at the moment with more than 55,000 samples on permanent display. In addition the museum has more than 65,000 specimens in zoology, paleontology, archeology and mineralogy with a spectacular dinosaur, with an impressive array of exhibits as well as including a large collection of mounted butterflies.
A place I recommend as the cost of visiting is low for only 1,500 ºº ¢ ¢ Adults and children Price 1.000ºº for domestic and foreign. cash payment only
