BCR Chri stmas hours, end and beginning of the year
December 19, 2017. The Bank of Costa Rica (BCR) informs the schedules that will be implemented on the occasion of Christmas, end and beginning of the year:
· Until Friday, December 22: All the offices of the BCR will work at regular hours
· Saturday December 23: the offices that work on Saturday: will close at 4:00 p.m.
· Sunday 24, Monday 25, Sunday 31 December and Monday 1 January: all offices will be closed.
· From Tuesday 26 to Saturday 30 December: BCR will work during normal hours.
· Friday 29 (exception): open, except the offices located in the Central Canton of San José will remain closed, according to the holiday decreed by the Municipality of San José.
· Tuesday, January 2: Current hours are resumed.

We remind customers that they can use the Customer Assistance Center (2211-1111) and electronic services such as the website www.bancobcr.com, Bancatel (2258-9191) and Mobile Banking, they will operate every day for 24 hours . ATMs will provide the service in the usual way.

Offices closed from December 25, 2017 to January 01, 2018:

INS Investments Sociedad Gestora de Fondos de Inversión:
Withdrawals: On Friday, December 22, withdrawal orders will be received until noon to be paid on January 2, 2018.

Investments on Friday, December 22, will receive investments until midday. Investments for amounts greater than ¢ 500 million or its equivalent in dollars, must be coordinated with your executive, two days in advance.

Museum of Jade and Pre-Columbian Culture:

It will only close on December 25, 2017 and January 1, 2018.

Offices opened only for procedures related to the payment of the Marchamo:

The Sedes San Jose (in Central Offices), Escazú, Guadalupe, Desamparados, Alajuela and Puntarenas, will be open from December 26 to 29 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, exclusively for procedures related to the Right of Circulation or Marchamo .

The following services operate on a regular schedule, but they remain closed on December 25, 2017 and January 1, 2018.
