Norbert Chaves, know him, for over 15 years. is quite a character, has a collectible Fiat 600, which has come out in the press, TV, and you see it in the exhibitions of antique cars. but, that’s his  hobby.

His  job is to be an electrician, he is  a very good option, occasionally he chooses to give you his private  opinion , for example why you want a lamp in a place  or extension  cord  for a phone , , but his work is good and he  is an honest,   trusted person.
